BICB at Forefront of Next Generation Technology

The Bournemouth International Conference Bureau (BICB) has become the first conference bureau to take on a new technology that offers event organisers access to the Bureau's member venues' facilities and availability.

With the introduction of the new VenueCheck software from Availability Systems Limited, members of the bureau are now marketed on a new and improved BICB website incorporating VenueCheck. This enables event organisers to access venue details not only through conventional search fields e.g. size, location, but also to identify the venues' availability through a sophisticated range of date options. This speeds up the process for both organisers and allows member venues to receive more qualified business enquiries.

We are constantly sourcing new technology and systems that will add value for our members and the users of the BICB service. VenueCheck is a great system that helps us to fulfil our role as a conference bureau and makes arranging an event in Bournemouth even easier for organisers.
